Our Studio Classes

EmBody Specialty Classes offer a wide range of custom Classes from Yoga to Bootcamps for all ages and all levels of Fitness. Be Studio also offers exclusive Seniors Classes (see info below). Our Classes remove any and all religious affiliations associated with eastern programs. Owner Becca Vertz is mindful of all elements and benefits to Total Wellbeing and has created EmBody to focus in these 4 major areas that comprise total Body, Mind & Spirit wellbeing.

Our physical wellness focuses on Total Body Fitness comprised of Physical Cardiovascular Endurance, Muscular Strength. Muscular endurance, Flexibility, and Body Composition.

Class Fees

Be Studio Classes are priced individually or are Discounted in pre-paid Class Packages. Good towards any class. The more you buy the more your save! NOTE: Because we are a new studio we require a minimum of 4 participants per class in order for classes to run. We greatly appreciate your understanding & look forward to working with you!

Unlimited Class Membership

Our Exclusive Unlimited Class Membership includes a Private Gym Membership and allows you access to any class at any time for an entire year! $750 per year.

Punch Cards!

All EmBody Classes allow a punch card punch. After 10 punches you recieve a FREE class! 


All classes are 1 hour long. Classes begin June 1st.

Curative & Restorative Yoga

Fridays @ 6 pm

Focused Yoga specifically targeting issues related to the body systems and functions of circulatory, digestive, endocrine, immune, lymphatic, muscular, nervous, respiratory, and skeletal. This class is based on curative and therapeutic positions for the maintenance, rehabilitation and restoration of the body through natural movement and breath techniques engaging the Bandas (energy points within the body). All fitness levels.

Sensory Yoga

Wednesdays @ 6 pm

A truly unique Vinyasa Yoga experience engaging all the human senses! Therapeutic, enlightening, relaxing, engaging and educational, bringing you to a higher level of consciousness. All fitness levels.

Freestyle Yoga

Wednesdays @ 9 am

Freestyle Yoga varies from class to class and incorporates owner Becca’s innovative exercise development. All fitness levels.

Intense Yoga

Mondays @ 6 pm

Advanced Yoga incorporating owner Becca’s Custom Exercise Manipulation and ancient techniques of Pilates and Tai Chi.

Mens Only Yoga

Wednesdays @ 7 pm

Mens Only Yoga is a beginners guide to yoga that offers flexibility and strength training on a mans level, aka no yoga pants needed.

Couples Yoga & Meditation

Fridays @ 7 pm

A full sensory bonding experience for couples to unite and engage the human body’s responses in an intimate setting. Wine included!


Guided Meditation is 30 mins of Bliss in a relaxed guided quiet time of meditation or Practice your own Meditation in our quiet studio.

Circuit Training

HardCore is advanced level core, abdominal and obliques training to promote overall strength, balance and stability for all fitness levels.


Thursdays @ 7 pm

Total Body Hard Core Training in a BootCamp like setting. All fitness levels.

Teens Unite Mentorship

Thursdays @ 6pm Ages 13 - 16

A positively empowering class specifically designed to elevate our community teens towards a generational movement of happiness, self love, preservation and respect, ambition, unity, awareness and appreciation by combining both physical and mental wellness.

Lead by Owner Becca Vertz, a Positivity Mentor & Motivationalist through movement.


Intermediate Les Mills Choreographed Yoga, Tai Chi & Pilates Flow Class taught by certified instructors. Coming Soon!


Flexion is purely a stretching and flexibility mat session. Flexibility training helps to promote muscle strength, healing and endurance to prevent injuries, ease movement and aid in muscle recovery. Coming Soon!

Aerial Yoga

Aerial Yoga Intro is a beginners guide to utilizing an aerial hammock, movement in suspension, and allows supervised freetime to experiment in the sling. Coming Soon!
